Our Capt. Don Dischert has been sailing these
waters for thirty years, he knows where to go and when to
go. He understands, with a knowledge that goes beyond words,
how the seasons affect the fish displacement and the subtle
changes in the atmosphere and their consequences. He will
take you without hesitation from port to the best fishing
spot and back to land happy and safe.

Dave is a rare commodity for a
First Mate, being a native Floridian he also has thirty years
of experience sailing this waters in connection with sport
fishing. He has been fishing all his life! He will help you
if you are an experienced fisherman or coach you if you are
just starting, with the willingness that only show those who
really love what they do.
Being chef by profession, he specializes in seafood and is
always wiling to share his recipes. When you take your fish
home, you will know how to cook it.
